I just think the top 3 is a place where you spend wisely for players than can effect the outcome of a game on a single play etc.

Why dont we trade back in the 1st and pick up picks, trade back again in the 1st pick up picks and then pick up barkley OR trade back again and pick up more picks and the pick up barkley? Only problem is i doubt barkley falls out of the top 10 ):
