Defense has really looked sharp again

Guthrie has looked solid after a shaky first 2 innings

Guthrie has settled down and is pitching pretty good. We need some runs.

Wacha's curveball is horrendous. He's started elevating the ball consistently over the last few innings. He's been lucky that he's only given up a run to this point.

No he didn't. He stole on Wacha.

Watching that sliding catch by Cain (and every time I see a guy do that), I'm reminded of a story about Elliot Maddox in the 70's. He slid like that in the outfield, his belt buckle flipped over and jabbed him in the groin, causing a hernia.
