Just a guess, but I think he'd prefer an aggressive HC and an aggressive QB.

An aggressive HC with a conservative QB is a recipe for disaster, unless the playbook consists of only 10 yard and under routes.

I hope Reid really pushes him. If he fails, then the quicker we can move on.
