Prayers for you, your dad and the surgical team, sir.

My dad survived surgery. He needed a transfusion, though. He spent a week in ICU, basically going nuts because of the steroids to control the swelling. He's home now, and having therapy daily.

Unbelievably, when they had his head cracked open, they took biopsies from both tumors: the one that they cut into during the first surgery had ZERO cancerous cells. All necro. The tumor they didn't touch the first time is 60/40 cancerous to necro cells. So, the aggressive radiation and chemo did what it was supposed to do. Now we wait to here what the oncologist wants to do next.

Thank you all for your good thought and prayers. It means a lot to me. Mostly, because my father now has hope that he can be one of the 8% that survives this ****er for more than a year or so.
