I'm not sure I ever watched Anthony - but I just watched that Waffle House clip - I can see the attraction - I'm sure he was very interesting.

If you like Anthony, but want a less emotional, more comfortable and friendly, format. I recommend 'Somebody Feed Phil.''
Phil Rosenthal is the creator/head writer of 'Everybody Loves Raymond' and just about the most friendly person on earth at the moment. The other day it hit me, he's the closest thing we have to an Adult Living Mister Rogers at the moment. And the cinematographer for the show is absolutely top notch. In an already flooded field, he makes food preparation and consumption a near art form. <iframe width="854" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Zv29Sjt7LnA" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

In honor of Bourdain's favorite guilty pleasure, I had dinner at Popeye's tonight.

I really like their mashed potatoes, beans & rice and Cajun rice equally. I tend to rotate sides with each visit. |

Got me thinking about Popeyes enough that I'm getting cravings, but not so much that I'll get up and do anything about it. ROFL ROFL Guess I'll go to bed with funky Southern Fried dreams. |
