We play there for the third ****ing year in a row.

Such horseshit.

Any advice for going to the game in Oakland? Thinking I can make the trip work out cheap and headache free. I know it’s a really shitty football venue. Worried I’ll be frustrated with the experience.

Since it’s right next to the Oakland airport and a free BART connection away, thinking about flying the wife and I in on 9/15 in the morning and then flying right back out after the game. Can book both of us round trip on Southwest for 12k points total from Phoenix, and I can’t imagine tickets will be expensive with the Raiders sucking and betraying the city/fan base.

You proudly point out that you play your first 2 of 3 on the road. When was the last time that happened??? You get to even things out week 4 at 2 home / 2 road. Since you guys are terrible, you're not catching the scheduling breaks like you're used to.... Meanwhile, KC plays its first 3 of 4 on the road, so once again, you have a more favorable early season schedule. Just not as much of an advantage as you used to.

KC playing 3 of 4 on the road to begin the season is something Denver has not done since 1962

The weakest SOS for a #2 seed the year previous is a travesty.

Teams are known way in advance sans two. There is no Patriot conspiracy.

The conspiracy is how terrible the AFC East has been for 20 years.

Patriots play 3 teams coming off their bye week....KC faces zero. This is a good thing.

Last year, NE had 10 days to prepare for the Chiefs.

007 04-17-2019 09:48 PM

I just do not understand why KC can never get the 3pm slot at home.

Pasta Little Brioni 04-17-2019 10:28 PM

None of those teams want any part of KC. It's not that bad at all...

Love the whole "go to Denver on 4 days rest and try to adjust to that altitude on a short week" bullshit.

I really especially love them sending us to the two corners of the continent the first two weeks, @Jax and @Oak.

I think I posted this in another thread, but I really mean it :
**** the NFL and their schedule makers.

DTVietnam 04-18-2019 06:25 AM

people always bitching..i think our schedule this year looks alot easier than last years. . especially weeks 1-6 . .

we had @SD, @Steelers @Broncos @Patriots all in the first 6 weeks last year. .

and the Jags were supposed to be a top team. .

if anything i think the NFL wants us and is trying to set us up to be successful..especially in the beginning of the year

this year everyone we are playing in weeks 1-7 we beat last year.
