I know he is not an elite QB but I honestly did not think Wilson would be *that* bad for them after old man river went down.

Why is everyone dogging on Zach Wilson? He wasn't supposed to start this season. Take away any team's starting QB and their offense will look much worse.

I understand he was a high pick, but that's beating a dead horse at this point. Everyone knew that Wilson wasn't starting QB caliber going into 2023.

Well sadly they are settling for Zach Wilson. He is not really very popular with the Jets fans. Ever since he got drafted.

Have you seen him play this season? Because it's beyond bad. I tried to be positive about him during the offseason, and through the preseason, but the bald truth is that Zach Wilson is a terrible QB. And i don't think he's salvageable. I mean, his base instincts are really bad. Put it this way: when not pressured, his QBR is 8.

I didn't see him in college, so I don't know how good he was before he was drafted. But as an NFL QB, he's worse than terrible. Ryan Tannehill has a better QBR. Baker Mayfield is 21 places above him.

I wonder if Breece Hall could be had for a reasonable pick and a player.

Zach Wilson has statistically been the worst QB in the NFL for the last 3 seasons. Traditional stats, advanced metrics, the eye test -- they're all in agreement. What's better? Well, literally everyone else. That's not mediocre QB territory, where it is hard to find a clear upgrade. He is so bad that every other starter and some backups would be an improvement.

The dude is absolute trash and in my opinion shouldn't even be in the NFL.

It's embarrassing that the Jets are putting him out there honestly. When you have a guy like Joe Namoth talking trash on a backup QB - you know it is bad.
