On a side story, there used to be a little pizza place here in my little college town called Eureka Pizza. It was great drunken 2 am pizza and when you woke up the next morning you immediately regretted eating them. They had a cheeseburger pizza made with mustard and dill pickle slices. I rest my case.

I thought you had a typo. And, well, I was focused on the whole "making my generation look better," when in reality I've given up on that. As much shit as Boomers flip Millenials and Gen Z-ers, they are the ones that will have to clean up the mess we are leaving them--and I see cause for hope on that front. That, and the whole real estate thing is entirely out-of-the-blue...
