Pretty ****ed up to say, but this seems to have worked out perfectly in the Chiefs’ favor.

He helps us get to the Super Bowl, blows his knee, we still win the Super Bowl without him, and now he’s not likely to get a better deal outside of KC.

It’s actually really good timing. Gives Uzi a whole offseason to prepare to be the starter and then we get a boost down the stretch and going into the playoffs of another high level pass rusher adding to the mix that play inside or outside.
