You realize they're gonna be worse next year than they are this year right?

So Hill, Lattimore, and Garrett people are suggesting ROFL

I stick by my assessment. Madden and fantasy football rots brains.

Lattimore is the only one that makes any sense at all and that is because the Saints suck shit and have an absolutely god awful cap situation going forward.

That could actually not be true...

The Rams aren't trading Robinson.

Nor should they since their other WRs are injury prone and they're in the hunt for the division title.

Lattimore makes sense. Great corner - cheap cost - we need one

"Listening" on Myles Garrett starts at so are you gonna give me 2 1's plus a bunch of other shit.

Also people don't really talk about this but because of Watson's injury they can recoup quite a bit of his money on their salary cap so now would be a great time for them to just go with a rookie QB.

It would lead to a pretty good fight with the players union, I'd imagine they don't do that.

He's nearing 30 and again, they're 3 years away from being competitive.

No they still pay him but you get "salary cap relief" when a dude doesn't play, like if Watson sits on IR till like week 12 next year the Browns will get like 60 million dollars of cap relief, I have to look it up to see the actual numbers.

I also don't buy they are 3 years away, they overall have a good roster, they are in a good spot to drop in a rookie QB.

Unless Watson retires, they can't get out from that deal.

So yeah, they're gonna be terrible next year, probably year after too.

O.city 10-25-2024 09:44 AM

IIRC, they have a portion of it insured, so they could get some relief on it.

O.city 10-25-2024 09:44 AM

Same thing if I were the Raiders, I'd be moving Crosby if I could.

They get 13.9 for this year but basically his entire salary for next year is insured so they would get relief for the entire thing...he's actually cutable in 26.

It's not as bad as it looks, Brett Kollman did a whole piece on it last week.

Which is why they'll keep him. We aren't paying the more than a first they'd need to make it worth while to trade
