Still trying to figure out how that 3rd down wasn't intentional grounding. That would have ended them.

Bump 11-21-2024 10:49 PM

browns winning is good because the Steelers were 3rd in line for the 1st seed.

Myles Garrett deserves to be on a better team lol, sad to see hall of famers go to waste in Cleveland.

If the ball hits an OL first, it apparently can't be intentional grounding. It is only illegal touching 5 yard penalty replay the down. Which is a much milder penalty.

It definitely hit an OL first.

QB was hit as he threw. Not in full control of the ball. So, no intentional grounding. A lineman tried to catch it so it was illegal touching.

LMAO Pickens fighting a dude instead of going for the game winning ball is hilarious

Agreed. Garrett deserves to be playing for a better team/organization. Kind of like how Barry Sanders languished on all those terrible DET teams his entire career. Always loved watching him play when I got the chance, but hated that he never played for a contending team. Grew to actively hate the Detroit Lions organization/ownership, because it was pretty obvious they wre never going to surround him with a good enough team to really do anything in the playoffs, and wished he'd get traded to a better team.

You guys calling for an upset here were straight on the money, great pick fellas... I played it safe with Pittsburgh and lost, interdivision games are just a different animal man

I will say that the game was far more entertaining that I originally thought it would be. CLE really came to play. And the weather was exactly what they needed. Sauce for the goose. Tip of the hat to the Browns for knocking off the fraudulent Steelers, and for making it fun to watch at the same time.
