Said it a couple nights ago. I think KU is without a doubt the #1 college basketball program in America right now. The recruiting is so balanced that they will never be down until Self leaves.

That being said I think its hilarious that A&M seems to have gone into the S.E.C. And simply run show. Can't say the same for that other team that tried.

TCU attempting the same strategy as Tech today against Baylor and its giving the Bears fits midway through the first. They're only down 12-10 so far.

KU only plays 30 something games, they all entertain me, even if they dont live up to other KU fans' impossible expectations.

Clearly Bill Self owes us all an apology for not winning every game by 30+.

Sorry, but a bastardization of the game of basketball like that game isn't entertaining, it's an incredible chore to watch. And it's especially difficult to do so when KU doesn't even try for an entire half like they did in the first. The fact that they only play 30+ games a season makes it suck all the more when a game like that is played.

I pity the fans that have to watch that shit for two hours.

Yeah smart gameplan. If you know you are worse than the other team it is in your benefit to slow the game down and limit the amount of possessions the teams can get.

Self is otherworldly good.

This game was bad. We played really really bad. That being said, TT isn't THAT bad. They played some good defensive possessions. Their offense was just Big 10 ball. It ended up being unbelievably bad basketball.

It worked though. If they don't slog the game all to hell, they're down by 20 in the first half. This way, they were in the game into the second half. If they slog it all down and hit some threes or get that kid they talked about being the best 6th man in America (LOL Really? if he's better than any other 6th man, maybe he should start) they have a shot.

It's what shit teams do to try to give themselves a shot to win. Thus why the Big 10 is the way it is.

I've heard that one before. Let's face it, the last three games KU played three unranked teams and barely pulled it out at the end to win.

I think this is pathetic and I am unimpressed.

Self should bench a few of these guys next game and let others play to show that this is serious. Also from the outside looking in, Self tries to be too likable. Start being an ass and maybe the players will step it up.

Elijah needs to step it up a bit. He has been kind of,disappointing the past couple of games. Being a Senior, I expected more consistency from him. And as good as Ben has been, he needs to work on his defense . Seems to me when he is on the weak side he is too slow with his rotational help, plus needs to close out better on the 3-point shooters. Things he can learn as the season progresses, but he needs to improve in that aspect.

Monday's game is gong to be ****ing fun.

Kansas is great, but you'd be hard pressed to argue they're "hands down" better than Duke. Whose coach by the way has a 2nd job winning gold medals for the US national team.
