Udoka does absolutely nothing at a NBA level. Just a pitiful rebounder for someone his size (side note: it was nice to actually have somebody who would fight and grab loose balls today in De Sousa, was a noticeable difference from Udoka). Exactly! He needs a lot of work. I think he can get there under Self and staff's tutelage, but it is going to take another year or two.
