The OL is just not that good. They have good games occasionally but overall they are beaten badly far too often.

Goodness... good thing we got Toney because these WR's aren't separating. It's hard to believe the Titans D is that good.

That's really the bottom line. If you can't, teams are going to sit back in these soft zones and let their D-line get pressure and disrupt the offense. This is not a fluke at this point. It's almost 2 full years of good defenses doing this to us.
Yep, sometimes Mahomes can will his way to a win in spite of it (Chargers this year). But even then, he needed that Pick 6 to help him.
