Why someone hasn’t leaked the details of what KC is getting is puzzling

That’s ****ing beyond reeruned!!

Austin’s contract is awful.

The chiefs were apparently just ready to get peters gone. Doubt they get much back

I guess it’s better than releasing him.

Remember, this trade isn’t about receiving quality back, it’s about the Chiefs believing they JAD to get rid of Peters, even if that meant release.

That's why I think there's a hold up with the announcement, and why the league wants it quiet.

Option 1: Peters for Trumaine Johnson or Sammy Watkins plus picks, contingent on signing them long term to avoid UFA.

Option 2: If KC can't come to terms with said player before X date, deal becomes X, Y and Z picks.

Takes time to negotiate with a player, especially one who is looking forward to testing the market.

So in the games of negotiations, we were the victim. Negotiating from the position of weakness. “We gotta this angry slave off our plantation at any cost...we don’t care how much cotton he picks...he runs off the field and incites the others to do the same...”. “Oh the wigger, that does the same thing and thinks he’s a Chippendale, oh he’s alright because he’s all-white.”

Wow.

Still sticking with my mediocre Chiefs prediction

2018 3rd and 5th round pick.

2019 2nd round.

They’d have to extend him and that extension would be unreal.

They've got 40 mill to play with. They have room

The logical options are Trumaine Johnson and Sammy Watkins, who are both set to become UFA's.

Not even sure how that would work. You're getting exclusive bargaining rights with a player as a condition of a trade?

It's neither of those guys.

1. The Chiefs have the adbility now to hand out a big contract. That's what I think this is about. We are going to spend money on a sure fire player who is young and fills an important hole on the defense. Donald is in his final year, he's probably going to be difficult for the Rams to keep, so move him now and they Chiefs give him an extention.

Then send the Chiefs a 2nd next year and something this year.

Make a ton of sense and s consistant with how Veach has opperated. He's going to fill a major area of need. Just watch.

The rams would have to tag one of those guys first. Those dudes agents aren’t letting anything else happen without them hitting the market

Ya, no thanks. They’re going to cut him anyways

At this point, I’d honestly be happy with that. It’s ****ing sad how bad this trade is probably going to be.

No its not. You forget the reason we knew about Fuller is that he took to Twitter and started talking.

I think Veach is addressing a hole on this defense, which is probably the Dline, not OLB where we have Houston and Ford.

I agree, dont know if its Donald or not, but Im thinking the Chiefs are the holdup, trying to get a contract deal signed!:hmmm:
