Don’t think any of the top 5 WR’s are gonna be an option, ever with a trade up. I do wonder if a LT like Morgan would be in reach.

Veach is trading up though. He tried and failed last year. Don’t think that’s a question this year.

Shy of a Diontae Johnson trade, this is where I'm landing as well.

And the Veach trade-up is going to be wholly dependent on the return for Sneed, IMO.

Samuel has run about 70% of his snaps the last 3-4 seasons out of the slot. The Panthers tried him as a true WR in his first couple seasons and he was extremely disappointing.

The Samuel guys are liking is the guy who's been a slot receiver 2/3 of the time. Samuel as an X...well...if you didn't like Mooney, Mooney had more success out wide over his rookie contract than Samuel did.

I don't think you can write him in as an X or Z sort if we bring him in here.

Samuel iI'd be ok with, but I'd prefer Hollywood honestly.

I'm thinking Hollywood or LT will be there next big move.

Perfect.

DJ's rational for taking Worthy in the first is my reasoning for signing Hollywood, even if I have to give him 12/13 mil a year.

Gross.

Sassy Squatch 03-12-2024 01:45 PM

Hollywood is getting way more than that.

I'd give Hollywood 12/13 without blinking.

He'll get more than that.

You'd slot him as the move/gadget guy who does a lot of Z stuff. Basically, how they used Hill in 2021, or how they wanted to use Toney and did in 2022.

pugsnotdrugs19 03-12-2024 01:47 PM

He's gonna be like 45/3.
