They have essentially played 3 rebuilding teams in a row that are built around a bunch of young players...

They are 0-8 vs those teams, Royals really know what they're doing.

This is a level of suck that shows we are so far behind. Way worse than I think anyone thought.

Not a young player in sight making improvements.

Besides Salvy, which I've already said should be traded if there is any offer of value in return, there is not a single player on this roster that I'd really be upset it they were traded away.

Someone has to lose a job, right? I know we are in yr 1 of a new Manager, but this isn't year 1 for the guy that's been overseeing player development (JJ). He's looking like a severe incompetent boob at this point. 18-49 is completely ****ing unacceptable.

I'm not gonna make him watch Royals games or probably even take him to any so he might just grow up not giving a shit about them at all. And that's probably the best thing I can do for him as a father. Not subject him to this scumbag org.

Eh I'll probably take him to some. One of the perks of the current stadium is the Little K where he can actually have fun and play games and stuff. That will go away with a downtown park and it will just be watching baseball. Which is torture for little kids.

I got to take both of my boys to the Playoff games and WS in 2014 & 15 (they were teenagers at that time. I'm so glad I did because it was a lot of fun to share that experience with them. My youngest just graduated college and moved to KC, and we've been talking about maybe meeting up and going to a Royals game, but neither one of us are really that interested. I think we are just going to wait and go to a Chiefs game in the Fall :(
