Bucs won the first half on the line of scrimmage and benefitted from a storm of yellow flags.

If not for the goal-line stand, this game would already be over.

Agreed.

The best realistic outcome in that scenario was for the Chiefs to only be down one score at halftime with the ball to start the second half.

Andy pissed away that opportunity with stupid game management and then the refs did the rest.

I actually don't agree with either. There's just no time to do anything worthwhile - and you don't even have the ball.

Rain Man 02-07-2021 07:40 PM

Okay, I'm going to stop complaining about penalty calls for the second half. I think NY will tell the refs to tone it down and Patrick Mahomes will lead a comeback to win it and have good vanquish evil.

Joe 02-07-2021 07:41 PM

The flags have not gone KC's way, that's pretty apparent.

However, and please don't shoot the messenger, but KC is playing well at all and Tampa Bay is beating them on the field.

Long story short, if KC would play like they could, the flags wouldn't be as important because KC should be out front. Some were bad calls, and they even said at halftime, that they should let the guys play.

I'm expecting a great second half by KC, but, and a big but, if they played like the first half, they may not win.

Oh wow, I thought that was bad watching live. All 22 makes it look immeasurably worse.

The lead they have now might be too much. Even if we’re perfect on offense, which seems impossible, you have to assume the refs will continue to ravage the D with flags. It really hurts that this is the way we play in the final game of the year and against Brady.

Mahomes won't be able to make one of his comebacks if every Brady incomplete pass is called DPI or holding.

Mahomes doesn't have time to get him the ball. Our OL is horrible.

Yeah, it already is. This is going to be a blowout starting with a mahomes pick in about five minutes.

Just saying, it's 15 pts and the defense was embarrassed.

A pick 6 and another turnover, it's anybody's game.

Rain Man 02-07-2021 07:43 PM

Right now I think the MVP of the game is Chris Jones. He's the most dominating player on the field.

Fat chance with this OL. We can't even dink and dunk with these clowns.
