I love shoulder day! Nothing makes me look like a beast more than a good shoulder pump. I need to find a way to keep that shoulder pump 24/7 because they just don't seem to want to grow for me.

I'm not anywhere strong enough to compete in powerlifting. I love to lift heavy but it's no where near good enough to do anything at a competition. I don't have the strong genes I suppose. :( |
