I love shoulder day! Nothing makes me look like a beast more than a good shoulder pump. I need to find a way to keep that shoulder pump 24/7 because they just don't seem to want to grow for me.

Comedy huh?

I would have guessed a couple of enemas and a punch in the junk was what you needed in your day.

Dude, One of the best exercises to pump those shoulders is jumping jacks. Try to do 8 sets of 300 and you'll see.

Naturally, he could put all this to rest by posting a vid of his lifts or a pic of how yoked he is by now. I mean damn, breaking iron 6 days a week, still gaining... must be hyooge by now brah.

You'd think, but I haven't been able to get around to seeing a testosterone replacement therapist as of yet like the rest of you.

I'm not on gear. I'm pretty sure half the guys in here aren't, either.

I'd be interested in seeing just how ripped and muscular your vegan physique actually is, as well.

no reason too unless you have a thyroid issue or low T. Its replacement therapy, not enhancement. Puts us older folk on a normal level with you yoked up vegans.

Nice job man! Last time I checked I thought you were around 220. Sick pull for that bodyweight. I started trying to lean down by incorporating prowler sprints 2x week on lower body days as accessory, reduced carbs a tad, and so far down to 227 from 240 a little over 3 weeks ago. Lifts kinda stalling a bit, 555 sumo last night was a grind for a single, where I hit 575 easy when I was up near 240.

Have you ever competed USAPL or IPF? I just joined the USAPL, aiming to do a meet in the mens open raw division, sometime in september/october which gives me time to get down in the 220 weight class.

Lol no, that's not me. Most I've weighed was 200lbs when I was Olympic lifting. I was around 195lbs about 4 months ago so I cut about 20lbs.

I'm not anywhere strong enough to compete in powerlifting. I love to lift heavy but it's no where near good enough to do anything at a competition. I don't have the strong genes I suppose. :(
