Just a few hundred calories over my normal lunch, and I skipped breakfast. So i'm good.

That thing just looks disgusting to me.

I eat a lot of berries. Bananas I'm never giving up. Grapes and carrot chips (which I forgot to buy I just realized ) are what I use in place of chips. I like having something portable, or being able to grab a bowl of something to munch on while I watch TV.

And switch the eggs with egg whites.
Already do.

If you don't like baked things, buy a Foreman grill.
Have had one for years.

None of this is my problem. My problem is the 2500 calories of fast food I pick up when I get lazy...

Yeah, we've debated whether or not those double downs really only have 540 calories, I don't believe it, but that's what it says.

I went and dropped almost 7 bucks on one. It made my stomach sick after I ate it. It tasted alright, except I got 4 hour old chicken. And they'd only been open for an hour. :D

Not bad, but way overpriced IMO.

It's funny, i feel like shit now, too. From the fried shit!

I'm going cold-turkey on fast food for two months (may 1 seemed like a good time to start) so my "last meal" is trying the new SmashBurger on the way to work (in the shopping center at 119th and Lamar for those of you in the Overland Park area). The chocolate shake was good, the fries are okay (seasonings good, but the fries are on the soggy side - I think they'd be good if they were hot and fresh), the burger is excellent.

Really, really good burger.

Expensive, though. 12 bucks total. But I'd put it up against any of the chain burgers I've had in town (Culvers, etc).

Fridge is stocked with all kinds of good stuff for the weekend, so I should be able to get off to a good start as far as getting myself in gear. Just going to the grocery is half the battle with me, and I already have that part covered.

LOL, we all jumped off the deep end today. That's okay. We've busted our asses. We earned that fattening goodness.

Speak for yourself. I had Chicken Noodle soup and pretzels for lunch. For a whopping 260 calories.

Nice. That double down is all I've eaten today. I'll eat once more later on and that will be it. I'm sure I'll stay under 1500 for the day.

Speak for yourself, I've been eating like this for 6 weeks and not doing anything but walking.

(And haven't gained any appreciable weight, somehow - I should've blown up like a balloon)

Busting my ass indeed.
