Insecure Manning will be pressing in the playoffs.

Official temperature for that game was 44°. Not even close to the below 20° that was specified.

Inside PGM's mind:

"Someone said something I don't like. I know! I'll say he's wrong and insult him!
Wait. It looks like he's right. I know! More insults! I'm so good at this."

The Chiefs are top 10 in scoring offense and scoring defense.

WE'RE PEAKING, KNOWMO. WE'RE PEAKING! :)

I had to check that one...

#7 in scoring and #4 in scoring d.

Damn impressive!

ThaVirus 12-09-2013 06:54 PM

Of course, our defense and special teams has contributed to that heavily.

... But 38, 21, and 28 offensive points scored over the last three weeks. Only three sacks given up during that span and Jamaal's averaging 7 YPC.

BossChief 12-09-2013 06:58 PM

We should be able to score a lot of points the next 3 weeks, too.

Oak is 24th in scoring d
Indy is 16th
SD is 11th

BossChief 12-09-2013 07:02 PM

As for those teams scoring offenses,

26th for Oakland
15 for Indy (and has dropped since losing Wayne)
11 for SD

We have a good shot at improving our rankings and going into the playoffs on a hot streak if we can take care of business.

Just had a football convo with a random ass old guy at the gym. He said "I think this is Seattle's year".

Chiefs/Seahawks Super Bowl, baby!

 I had to double check even after you double checked. Looks like our planis coming together at right time with our offense catching up with our defense. Oh, and I noticed one other fact while checking :

DENVERS DEFENSE IS #26

If only Manning would injure his forehead.

Well, there's two things being talked about here ... scoring rank and offensive scoring rank. There's a difference.

The team as a whole is scoring an average of 26.4 - take away the 10 TDs by ST/DEF and the offensive average is lower. It's easy to mix the two and as long as the plan involves teams like WAS in the playoffs, looks like you're on to something.

BossChief 12-09-2013 08:07 PM

I wonder what it would feel like to make it to the superbowl this way...

Beat Indy in Indy in wc round (That would go a long way towards pleasing the football gods)
Beat Pats in NE in Div round (stick it to the Patriot way)
Beat Denver in Denver in AFC Championship (Finally beat Peyton in the playoffs)

I'd probably drop dead from a heart attack.
