I'm gonna bet his daily binge drinking is probably a pretty good bulk option.

Doing a few penis pumps shortly.

Why?

You want to go camping?

You talk a lot of shit for someone unwilling to back it up, that's all.

Hog Farmer or Saccopoo? I think I'd give the edge to Saccopoo, just for the number of responses he's elicited while Hog Farmer is largely ignored.

Probably because I think Hog Farmer is trying to be funny (albeit failing miserably, I still think he's probably a nice guy). Sac is just trying to be "that guy."

You don't need to feel threatened Silock.

I'm not here to take away your precious little thread from you.

I'd hate to see you end up on a marathoners board posting your dieting micros and macros and cataloging your 1/16 mile split times for each individual training session...although, it would most likely meet your aspergers tendencies even more than delving into the minutia of gym training.

I just thought that we were all gym buddies exchanging info. I didn't realize I had to check in at the membership counter and follow the posted rules of etiquette when entering into Silock's House of Nutrient Macros and Micro-loading Physical Training Dojo; aka, the "2014 General Fitness Thread."

We'd let you talk if you knew a ****ing thing about anything. But you don't. You post stuff that "works for me" without any proof that it does.

The Broccoli vs Meat post is the epitome of your reerunedness. That is one of the dumbest arguments in the history on fitness/nutrition I've ever seen.

What on earth would I have to be threatened by? You've provided NOTHING so far. And you can target me all you want with this little ill-conceived diatribe, but everyone in this thread that knows what they're talking about has called you out on your shit.

All we're asking for is a little shred of evidence, but you don't have the balls to back it up. Sad.

Some of us are exchanging info. You are trafficking in bullshit.

You'd let me talk?

Thanks. That's really kind of you.

And as far as knowing anything, who are the certified personal trainers, nutritionists, dieticians, etc. around here? Are you? Is that how you determined that you know everything and how you established that I don't know anything?

And I'm so, so sorry that I don't go in for putting everything that I eat on a scale, under a microscope and into a log book so that I can chart nano-calories, amino acids, protein, carbs, et al. I didn't know that was required for inclusion into your little workout thread.

And I'm equally sorry that you don't agree with the protein amounts in certain foods as it relates to their caloric levels. I didn't realize that there was a thread certified scale of measure that was established for certain foods as it relates to their various nutritional properties. You need to remember that I don't know anything versus all of you knowing everything.

Just curious, but do you count calories or grams of specific items when consuming food?

I have a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance. I continue to read the latest research in this field. I am still a certified personal trainer although I have a Master's degree and work in a different field now. I've been a competitive Olympic lifter and have lifted for 10 continuous years.

I do not track my calories. Another invalid argument from you.

Your protein amounts is invalid because no one eats that much Broccoli. Or if you do, you'll have diarrhea. Good weight loss method though.

/I own you
