Moses looked sharp
Nicholas looks like he has REAL potential
Zombo is dependable
Houston is an all pro
Hali is a big timer

Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if they move Dee Ford before final cuts unless he steps it up a few notches.

They won't move Ford. He's still cheap and it's year 3. They're gonna give him every chance to develop while he's on that rookie salary.
It's very encouraging to see Moses and Nicolas play well. The depth there was very encouraging.

If Ford keeps this up in the regular season, I hope Andy gives him the Todd Haley treatment and benches his ass.
It doesn't seem like Ford is confident. It seems like he's arrogant. I don't see him busting his ass giving up his body and making the tough plays to get in the play and be a tough player, and that was more evident than ever when he tried going for the ****ing ball instead of pulling the RB back on the 4th and short.

Ford is in real danger of losing his job to Moses if he keeps playing like this. Moses was easily better than Ford on Saturday. He was sound in run support, kept contain and knew where to be, not to mention that he was very good rushing the passer.

Dee needs to realize that this year could be his career in Kansas City of he doesn't show up and do something. We have a 6th round pick that is literally the same guy as him right now and he's already getting 2nd team reps. He's coming for his job.

His instincts are terrible
His functional core strength isn't adequate
He doesn't have any violence in his game
He plays soft
He doesn't have any aggression
He doesn't finish

I was one of the 2 or 3 posters that wanted us to draft Ford (I had him in my sig as top 5) and have defended him since he was drafted, but it's either sink or swim time for him.

He is unquestionably the weak link in the front 7.

When is Mauga going to get over his strained vagina?

I don't see him making the team.

Can't make the club when your sitting in the tub-Herm

My bad, posted in a previous page.

Bray has a chip fracture of his spine. Team says it's not serious, but I wouldn't be shocked if he spends another year on IR

I thi k ford was drafted to replace hali. If he were just coming around the short corner every snap, I'd imagine he'd be fine.

He still looks more like he'd be a bether fit as a 4 3 de

I disagree. I still think his best fit is WOLB.

It certainly isn't at SOLB, and I'm not surprised a bit that he's struggled there.

Yeah....it's kind of bothering me that they're trying to make him fit at SOLB. He's not Justin Houston and he never will be.

LMAO

Is he IR'd again, or just outrighted?

Nick Jacobs @Jacobs71
Chris Jones with the tackle backside on the Knile Davis
.

Chiefs even traded down and got this guy-and some on CP were still pissed off-lol

He stated he wanted to make an impact this year-and he sure is off to a great start. This kid looks like a Beast. DROY?

I'd imagine they're only doing so due to the circumstances.

In a perfect world, I think we'd have Houston healthy on the strong side and Ford would have supplanted Hali on the blind side.

I Don't think they have many options.

Maybe they are just trying to put him in this spot to force him to be a more rounded player...but there's no doubt his long term future is a ROLB.

Maybe, just maybe, they will use Tamba there more on running downs when he returns.

Then they're ****ing idiots. You don't force Ford over to SOLB to make him a more rounded player.

I think it's pretty obvious he struggles in space. As a de in the 4 3 he could just do what he did at auburn and rush up field
