And that is the fair approach. If we are stealing bye weeks from the #1 seed in the AFC, why should the NFC's #1 team have a bye week? Put everyone on a level playing field. I'm good with a 8-team playoff for both conferences.

Assuming we win, they still could have been a 2 seed and the Bills the 3 seed with the win on Monday. In fairness they were leading and looking pretty sharp. Which gives them a second round home field advantage.
