Yeah, but I mean the guy himself. He just wasn't cut out for it. And who can you really blame? The moron who gets hired, or the people who hire him? Hell, I'm not a brain surgeon, but if someone offered me their salary and a job, I'd give it a shot. :) But for a coach, the "jump the shark" moment is always when they turn into a soundbite. Denny Green with his, "They are who we thought they were!" Hermie with his, "You play to win the game!" The infamous Mora the Elder with his, "Playoffs? Playoffs?!?"

Not sure what you've got there with Haley. He's paid his dues, that's for sure (unlike McDaniels up in Denver who fast-tracked it). But I'm all for giving someone new a shot and not just digging up an old re-tread of a coach...

What's even worse is that we gave up a draft pick in order to hire him, too. It's not like he was just available. We went after him. :doh!:

I looked at some old threads and saw where I was saying goodnight to people at nearly 5AM. I've slowly become a day person. :( It's just after midnight, and I'm already sitting here yawning.
