Do they necessarily need to have a strong arm? No. Duh. But, AGAIN, like I said...with the recent trend of power hitting 2nd baseman...most of them possess strong arms...most of them were 3rd baseman or SS in high school/minor leagues.

And I'm not going to list a bunch of guys and say they have strong arms...I don't pull shit out of my ass like you...you have no idea who had a good arm out of that list and who didn't...you just try and look way smarter than you really are...for god's sake you didn't even know Soriano had a good arm in the OF...and he is one of the best out there.

Th last time I went to see the cubs play the Cards at Wrigley, Sammy Sosa hit a walk-off in the bottom of the 17th inning. By that time, I was at the Cubby Bear drinking vodka-lemonaide watching on the big screen.
