With what coordinators? You see, if we hire new coordinators, it's like he didn't do his job well enough in the first place, otherwise why replace his stellar coaching staff that HE CHOSE? Tampa Bay promoted DC Raheem Morris to the HC position.

Tampa's not open. They immediately promoted Raheem Morris.

No, he let his (Gailey) and Carls (Gun) coaches coach, you know the way a good coach does, with trust in them to do their job, coaching is no differant than playing, everybody must do their job.

The head coach gets say in who his coordinators are. Our coaches are leaving in droves-it isn't hard to connect the dots and see that Herm is a dead man walking.
