That city would go NUTS, and not in a good way. There'd be protesters out at Arrowhead every Sunday and the local media would vilify them all.

DT was always a hero and he wasn't exactly father of the year to his 7 kids with 5 different women.

Wow, not me.

I thought "Tags" was a jackass lawyer that only cared about money.

Goddell seems to care about the image of the league and to not allow it to enter NBA territory with its thuggery.

We're not, cause we're one of those teams, just like Buffalo.

We care what everyone thinks.

You have to draw a line in the sand. Anybody that gives up a first rounder for him is basically condoning his actions. Say what you will about his play, but a move like this can't be good for the image of a team trying to stake their claim in improving. An alleged rapist as the face of your franchise is a bad move for a team already struggling to bring fans back.

Go ahead and attempt to make that argument dumb shit.

If Pittsburgh trades him they are looking at 5-11 seasons for the next 5 years.

How is Roethlisberger an ON THE FIELD liability? He is a 28 year old 2 time Super Bowl winner. Him getting a little on the side with a drunk slut during the offseason means NOTHING.

Anyone jumping around trying to be the morality police is not going to get a high mark from me.

Mecca 04-21-2010 09:27 PM

Also I hope Pittsburgh trades him, I don't like the Steelers and their team will become a pile of shit for me to laugh at.

Anyone willing to give up their #5 pick in the draft for that ****tard is not going to get a high mark from me.

While he led a less than conservative lifestyle, it certainly wasn't illegal. And for the most part, people didn't even know that he had seven kids because it wasn't publicized.

It only became public knowledge after he died.

There wouldn't ahve been an uncapped year if Tags with in charge. Hell maybe that would have been bad. I don't know.....I'm not sold on Godhell....

I have no doubt that Pioli and co. aren't the least bit interested.

But there would not be that type of reaction to the move. For starters, the city is largely apathetic to most things.

Any of the teams in the top 10 of the draft that trades for Roethlisberger sells at least 10,000 tickets the first few days after the trade.

Thankfully most fans don't give a shit about what guys do with their own time.

If you care so much then you frankly need to get a life.

Morality police?

Wow, do you know anything at all about either case?

Or maybe you think it's cool to have a bodyguard block everyone's access to a bathroom and drunk 20 year old chick, all the while walking around with your cock out?

Is it a bad feeling to know that ****tard is better than anyone to ever play for our team?
