Levine's right arm and hand were holding on the shoulder pad of the receiver in the end zone preventing him from jumping for the ball. Good call but a tough call

The block from Allen on Levine. Allen initiated that block before Royal caught the ball. It's the penalty that the refs called on the Broncos when they were playing the Dolphins last week. WR Thomas initiated his block before TE Tamme caught the ball and they called back the TD on the play. Just pointing it because so many people on CP love to cry about how Bronco games are called.
