I think he is a loud mouth not so bright ex frat boy jock. I haven't really been impressed with him where ever he has coached but we are used to bad coaches in Oakland.

I had season tickets to the Jags for most of his tenure there. The things that stuck out to me was that he always seemed to make risky and very questionable coaching decisions, like going for 2 at the end of the Saints game. He tended to make a lot of frivolous challenges on instant replay as well. He's like a more charismatic version of Jeff Fisher that seems destined to go 8-8 every year.
