If KCTV5 held on to the audio tape for a week - it wouldn't shock me if they'd sit on this pending the outcome of the new investigation.

Do we have any idea when they provided it to the DA and/or the police? Given the DA press conference I would tend to assume he was not aware of the tape yet.

This has literally been my position from the beginning (on Hunt as well). Chiefs/Chiefs Fan are usually too emotional to make rational decisions.

They said the person who turned it in wouldn't let them release it until they did

Thanks. Seems kind of ****ed up to me but tis what tis. I am done getting worked up over this. Maybe someday we will know more of the truth but for now I will just assume he is not playing for the Chiefs at least this year and keep praying for not only his son but the unborn twins.

I agree 100% - if the 'source' said "still don't release" are you going to hold on to that tape and wait til the child dies?

Yes but irrelevant. They knew the investigation was taking place. All this is doing is wasting time and money.

They actually gave the entire raw footage to the police already
