Ah...Anthony Peeler.....a local KC boy does good! The pride of Paseo High! hahaha......whats funny is....I heard that him and KG are actually pretty good buddies? Is this true? Didnt Peeler play for the T-Wolves before?

ROFL, FWIW, I said that I thought the Twolves had a better shot at the Lakers than the Kings earlier on this thread.

Oh well, you and I cannot seem to agree today. :p

I live 60 miles south of Sac, so I am pulling for the home team, and btw, they use to play in KC :p

Wouldn't mind wearing a Lakers jersey in Arco either for the playoffs. I am shocked at how much they get for tickets there. I will probably just have to be happy with the game at Staples though whether the Queens make it or not. I am STOKED about going to that game though.

I will be SO friggin pissed if the league doesn't protect Kevin Garnett in this game. Sacklesstown showed that nobody on that team has a dick (last night with Peeler,) and will probably do the same thing again Game 7. Garnett has already said how calm and cool he is for the game, so if something should happen, it probably won't lead to Garnett being ejected.

They are good friends. And I think you are out of line. Maybe you would fall to the floor and ask for your mommy if someone hit you.

The suspension is BS, but that is what you can expect from sorry-azz Stu Jackson, a reerun that never could coach and who for some inexplicable reason was the first GM in Vancouver, where he ran the team so bad that it had to leave town to recover.

I guess he is with the league office now with his head up his azz.

Garnet was called for a flagrant offensive foul, of all things, for him jammiing his elbow and shoulder into Peeler's chest and throat. Peeler then gets ejected for his reflexive reaction, and suspended two games.

That is just a case of the NBA being gutless, the league MVP can hit a shorter guy in the throat, and suffer no sanction.

League MVP delivers premeditated shot, no punishment.

No way should Peeler have been suspended for this game.

Stu Jackson is nothing but a soft-azz b*tch himself. As is anybody that agrees with that decision.

SNR,

If the T-Wolves win, how many games will it take the Lakers to finish them off in the West Finals? 4? 5? 6?

:D

FWIW, no matter what, game one of the Western Conference Finals start Friday at 8pm eastern on TNT.

Yeah, Sam Cassel can rip off Brad Miller's head band on a layup attempt and Madsen can fall all over everybody, and it is supposed to be the Kings being rough.

Maybe you don't know nothing about Basketball, but there is a lot more rough play coming from the T-Wolves.

It doesn't matter. Both of their seasons are about to end. One sooner than the other. :)

That was just a total PUNK A$$ thing to do - to forearm someone to the side of the head and throat like that. :cuss:

That makes a lot of sense.

You are saying that:

Boy, Kevin Garnet deserves a lot of credit for not answering Peeler's answer to Garnet's cheapshot.

Boy, if somebody had hit you you would have "jacked their head up 20 rows."

So you claim that you would retaliate if hit, but blame Peeler for sticking up for himself.

I guess you are the type that decides right and wrong only after deciding whose azz you are supposed to kiss.

Pacers are one step closer to the Championship...

You didn't even watch the game all you watched was the highlight reel, take a hike.

I guess you're the type that can't comprehend what you read. I said what I would have done in the THE OF HEAT OF THE MOMENT. Especially to someone who did a PU$$Y thing like Peeler. Sticking up for himself ? Maybe so, but how about letting his PLAY stick up for him? Or maybe he'll call you to defend his antics next time? ;)
