I don't think its the play calling, it is just terrible execution by the Chiefs offense in the first half of this game.

Being down 13-3 is not indicative as to how shitty the Chiefs have been playing.

JC has fumble problems too.

The whole first half the offense has been putrid. Dropped passes, penalties, and turnovers. We are moving the ball, just repeatedly shooting ourselves in the foot.

Defense has been solid only giving up 13 and only 10 on short fields.

The defense has played well.

Shit, the Texans have started a drive 3 time in Chiefs territory. It's only 13-3

Sounds like defense is ruling the day everywhere except NE-MIA where the Dolphins defense took out Garopololo.

It seems to me when Alex threw that long "gimme" pass with the Texans offside, that resulted in a would be INT, he's been even more cautious than usual. The drops don't help either.

That women's NFL commercial should've showed a couple of toothless meth whores in Raiders gear seeing each other and smiling. It would've spoken better to their market.

If we weren't fumbling/bumbling/stumbling out way through the game we'd be in fine shape. If KC can go back to playing their game in the second half -- including Alex not playing scared -- then we'll be fine.

Take away the turnovers and it's a 6-3 game. The fact that with them it is only 13-3 is actually a good sign.
