Is there a way to ask a girl out that lives in your hallway?

Maybe as friends, do you actually reference that while asking, that it'd be 'as friends' ...?

- or just simply ask them to a casual setting and run w/ it - without explaining the premise or expectations or any of that crap?

Tell her you are a massage therapist student and you’re giving discounts to people in the building. Print up some fake business cards and give her one. If she bites go buy a massage table and DVD on how to give a Swedish massages and watch it a few times, maybe practice on a friend.. Hope she sets up an appt with you and see where that goes!

Or just tell her you are in massage school and need someone to practice on but all your female friends have jealous boyfriends.
