Question for BrownRice:
Assuming you're legit, what impact is this having on the team behind the scenes? If the prominent person who reported this is a Chief, do you think Hill and/or the reporting party will be able to get past the bad blood? If it was indeed Mahomes that reported him, and Hill's going to be butthurt about it forever, that would certainly alter my perspective when it comes to keeping Hill on the team if/when this shit blows over. |

Take ownership of your opinions, and take the guise anonymity off. Then Schefter and Rapoport can run with it |
Hypothetically speaking, if Mahomes actually saw clear signs of abuse and had the courage to step forward and report it, then he's truly an MVP in every conceivable way.
He may have freed a little boy from a situation where a raging father and psycho mother are both neglecting and abusing him, not to mention the two kids coming soon. Due process seems to be the course, which is good. And some of you raise good points about doubts regarding the case, but if in your heart you KNOW something's up and you're literally turning a blind eye to it because he's freaking amazing as a football player, then you need to take a good hard look at yourself. |

Mahomes and his S.O. certainly fit the bill. Guess it could be another Chiefs player and his wife/girlfriend. Hell, it could be a Royal and his wife/girlfriend. It's not like we run in the same social circles. But I'm going to go out on a limb and say it probably wasn't the conductor of the local symphony orchestra. |

That would be dumb. |
