It is. Looks fantastic and they added a lot of QOL improvements to the game as well, just another addition to my giant backlog.

Worst weekend I can remember…
Too many backup QBs this year, but just last year was pretty awful as well.

Bills/Patriots was the Saturday night game and it was 27-0 and 40-10.
Bucs/Eagles was 31-0.
49ers/Cowboys was 23-7 in the 4th quarter before the Cowboys got back in it just to **** up the 2 minute drill.
Chiefs completely ****ed around for 10 minutes and that game was still 35-7.
Rams/Cards was 28-0.

Bengals/Raiders was the one decent game score-wise throughout and I don't remember it being amazing football by any means.

Only thing it does is increase chance of injuries which will lower the quality of play in the later rounds.
