My girlfriend and I are taking my 70 year old mother (Arkansas native and alum) to see this game (possibly not if the rain sucks). We are skipping T-giving this year. It doesn't seem right without my father being here. Maybe next year it will, but not this time. Anyway, we are staying in Bentonville Thursday-Saturday. We are going to hit up Crystal Bridges too.
I have yet to purchase any tickets since the prices seem to be falling a bit. I have friends that go to law school there that are willing to snag me some student tickets for $20 a piece, but with my mom having pretty bad Parkinson's, steps are not the best thing to traverse. If anybody in here has advice on where to try and sit or get tickets (looking at you NewChief) please let me know. |

What do you dislike about the way they play? Seems like pretty typically Tampa 2 technique. Occasionally see some wide-9 looks. Kul's ability to find/identify guys who can succeed is probably his greatest asset. I'm sure the criteria used there are no secret to Odom. |

Grinch would jump at a chance to DC a better program, especially one to which he already has ties. It's a no-brainer move. Re: Kul and other DC jobs... Yeah, he will have offers, probably better than co-DC at a pathetic Illinois program. I'd just be shocked to see him working for Odom after what I've heard, and honestly, I'm not convinced he's a great DC, anyway. Being a kick-ass position coach doesn't mean you can automatically handle more. See Andy Hill for a Mizzou example. He was a great WR coach and has been pretty bad as the QB coach. |

I literally thought the game was Saturday. Guess I'll be driving down tomorrow morning. Good thing I decided to stay on Friday night instead of Saturday night. |

Wazzou is Wazzou. If Missouri offers him the DC job, he will leave. Just like if Missouri offered leach the HC job, he would leave. And that's not considering that most of Grinch's family lives within an hour drive of Columbia. Or that he would be coaching for his uncle's program, where he had worked before. Or that he would jump right back into recruiting territory where he has connections. All it considers is that Missouri can pay him more, in a more prestigious league. |

Our biggest donating alum, Paul Allen, doesn't donate to the AD that much. Almost strictly to the academic side. |
