His first year, he needs to be average to above average. He needs to be dominant by year 3 and a pro bowl/all pro by year 5

If he's dominant in year 3, the Pro-Bowl should be a no-brainer in year 3.

Or better yet, how about a Super Bowl for the TEAM in year 3?
