Saddest part was how empty the arena was. Maybe half full. We didn't even face a hostile crowd. earlier today ESPN Classic showed a replay of 1998's finale at OSU (KU was 4, Okie 25 and we had Pierce-LaFrentz) ....place was packed and LOUD.

IBA was much louder before the renovations. But yeah, last night's crowd wasn't close to full.

How awful was last night? KU crashed from 1 to 6 in Sagarin. And from 2 to 10 in Pomeroy.

This is mentally weak team....Physically weak too....

Does anyone know what guys like Fran Fraschilla see skill-wise in Svi that made him a legit NBA prospect the past 2 years? He hasn't shown one single skill in 2 years here. I get that he's still young, but he can't dribble, he can't defend, and he can't shoot. Hardly seems like much of a prospect.

They did it for the lore.

He's an excellent ball handler for being 6'8''. He can dribble just fine. He doesn't really turn the ball over but he doesn't have good vision either. The problem is he is not a good shooter. Never has been. He needs to be taking it to the rack at will instead of hanging out on the perimeter shooting off balance 3 point shots.
