I guess it doesn’t really matter either way. Whether it’s bad QB play or the WR dropping it, either way it results in an incomplete. So whatever.

He did have a solid grade in 2019 but it's been dropping every year since.

I can see why a Bills fan would be irritated by Davis, but a lot of these were punched out by the defender before he could get a grip on it. Part of the blame may go on him in some of those cases, but a lot of it doesn't. There are also some throws that were off the mark. One was a sideline throw that was way out of his reach. Not sure why it was even in there.
