Before the season started, I thought this would be a 65-70 win type team. I wasn't expecting much from them because of our lack of pitching and no depth in the lineup. BUT...I never expected this to be an epic shit show like it has been. They are currently on pace to lose nearly 120 games this season. The R's record for season losses is 106. They are going to have to play at a +.420 clip over the last 90 games of the season to miss that "record".

#28 in OPS, #28 in ERA
#29 ranked farm system! Soon, some of the blame has to be shared with the new regime, but holy shit was Dayton Moore terrible at his job. Unbelievably bad. |

I think the farm system will take a jump up in ratings is what the chatter is on Twitter.

Piccollo was promoted and they hired a new Manager and pitching coach..people like Lonnie Goldberg are still out there. They didn't clean house in the front office, it's the same regime with a promoted underling. |
Jorge Soler has a .923 OPS this year.
Go Royals! |
