When was the last time KSU beat KU in basketball or football? KU has won the last two in football and at least the last three in basketball. Yet Saul's lips are still flapping.

Maybe that was a little harsh. I'll just say that I went to the South Florida at KU game last year. That game was a sellout (or pretty darn close) and I didn't have a problem parking. We parked in a parking garage. And no, it didn't even cost me. KSU charged me $10 to park on the freakin' farm. C'mon, KState. Your football program has had enough years of success. Now do something about the horrible parking problem.

Could it be that now that Snyder is gone they realize they won't need much parking?

Heh heh. That smell doesn't really bother me. Yeah, I grew up a city boy. But I do have relatives living in rural areas. Hey, we need the farming and agricultural people just as much as anything else. I was just disgusted with the parking arrangement. On top of all that, there was a side gate on this pasture that led right to the highway. They wouldn't even open the damn gate to let us out. Instead we had to wait in the line that went around a barn through the pasture gates, etc. It was beyond ridiculous.

When is the last time KU beat Texas in back to back years in football?

I clearly didn't expect that to happen yesterday.

Maybe now you will re-think being a bandwagon KU fan. Basketball isn't the only sport they play. ;)

:D :p

That would be much more impressive if you hadn't lost to KU the next week in both years. :D

I don't think we've ever played them in consecutive years, dipshit.

Next time you go to a KSU game, park near the student union (Anderson and Denison) and there is a free shuttle that will take you to the Jardine complex, which is only a few minute walk to the stadium. Probably a shorter walk to the stadium than it is the parking around the stadium. The shuttle starts running 2 hours before the game and starts going back in 3rd quarter.

There is also a shuttle that runs from multiple places from Aggieville, which does the same thing.

people pay to park in yards ay KU. How is that somehow more classy than using empty fields. Why would it be smart to pave 2 huge fields for use 6 to 8 times a year. The cost of construction, maintenance, and environmental effect aren't worth it. For ****'s sake, I parked in a grass lot at Arrowhead today. Are the Chiefs inbred farmers too? Get some new schtick, you aren't much better than Saul.

oh, and if you didn't park in a paved stadium lot, KSu didn't charge you anything. You either made a contribution to the VetMed scholarship fund, or the Agronomy department's fund.

KU 41-3.

Every week KU continues to prove you doubters wrong.

It is a blood bath. KU has even exceeded my expectations. The Nebraska game almost looks like a gimme now.

BWillie 10-13-2007 04:23 PM

Nothing like a 48 point victory going into the Colorado game. Kansas hands Baylor their worst loss since 2005.

Since 2005? You mean they have recently allowed points like that? Geez, that tells you a lot about how bad they are. Oh well, I feel good about this KU team. That Baylor team came back from a 17 points deficit and beat KU last year. Wasn't gonna happen this time. KU defense and QB are much, much better this year.

I won't write off Nebraska just. I mean, they are Nebraska after all. However, if they keep playing like they have been this year, KU will crush them.
