The guy's too inconsistent for my tastes. He only shows up to play sometimes... But asking him to be something he is not might've contributed greatly to that. Still... He had two pretty pedestrian years, in Atlanta, prior to breaking out in 2007. That said, I wouldn't mind having him, but I think I'd still be looking for a starter there. |

To each their own, but there's not a better FA LB for the money right now. |

In 2007, he had 109 tackles (95 solo), 3 sacks, 7 passes defended and 2 INTS in 16 starts. I'd say that the Chiefs could absolutely use a guy like that and I mentioned him as a possible Free Agent for the Chiefs in another thread over a month ago. |

Just getting that out of the way early. :D |

And I thought that DJ was a strongside backer in college and that pass protection was his forte? |
For $110 I'll tell you about our spies in Atlanta that have infiltrated their LB corps, and why we're going to swipe from ATL's LB's every off-season.

I was watching all of GB and Titans pre season matches last year(because the LB situation was in the gutter even back then) and I think GB has some very good depth at LB. With them Switching to 3-4 this offseason there should be somebody dropped (none of their current LBs can play RushLinebacker in the 3-4). Depending on if the Chiefs will be playing 4-3 or 3-4 next year there might be somebody there. And if the Lions and Rams dont call dibs they could be chiefs.

Not that I care, I would like to draft a QB early. Just thought it was funny for you to say this. |

We're talking about 2 completely different positions. Hell, we're talking about different sides of the ball. |
