We let Tim Tebow and Matt Moore waltz into Arrowhead last year and make Cassel look like a chump.

I think that was the nadir of Cassel.

It will be better this season.

Though not good enough to compete in the post-season.

That said, I'm on Quinn's bandwagon!

We have no QB, so no matter how good our team is on paper, we arent going to compete for a championship. Thats why no-name out of market asshats place us at #28 in the league.

Well, against the top half of the list in the OP, the Chiefs are 4-8 with a combined score of 169-290 over the past 2 seasons (and that includes a 21 point win over a 49ers team that started 0-5 and finished 6-10, or else it's 3-8 / 138-280).... any given Sunday, lots of parity etc; but that's not exactly competitive.

Cassel doesnt need tebow or Moore to make him look like a chump. He is perfectly capable of doing that on his own

I think we'll be competitive going forward if Romeo is aggressive with pressure.

I think that is the main reason for the inconsistency on defense.

Hopefully with the emergence of Houston late last year, Romeo will use him more to help Hali get after the QB.
