The Bills would be reeruns to pick Nassib in the 2nd and let him be the guy. Nobody is buying tickets to support that move.

So basically we are going to pretend like Matt Barkley doesn't exist until the hype train pulls up at his pro day?

Matt Barkley doesn't fit in Buffalo at all.

no, you can pick Barkley at #2 after the Bills take Geno #1.

What's to talk about? When was the last time he threw a pass in a game or workout?

The only way Jax gets Geno is if they trade up for him.

True! But I think the Chiefs would rather trade down to the 6-8 range so they can get a buttload of high picks (like 2 1st including the swap for this year and a 2nd). There's really not a big difference this year between drafting say 7th overall and 2nd overall IMO, Geno Smith being the first overall pick.

Look at what the Redskins gave up for RG3. That had nothing to do with draft pick value, and everything to do with them wanting the QB. And it would appear that they've won the trade...

If there's 1 QB that multiple teams want, and multiple teams are bidding on it, you are going to get a haul. And you are going to lose in the trade.

I'll have to admit that all of these moves have made me more active as a fan in the offseason then any other year. I am really looking foreword to the draft and what this new regime will do. I'll keep my fingers crossed on a QB at 1.1 but I highly doubt that happens.

I think the doubt in my mind is coming from just being a long-time Chiefs fan and being used to the fact that we don't draft 1st round QBs. With that said, I think (gut feeling) that Dorsey/Reid will draft Geno at 1.1 if we can't trade the pick.

If not, I bet they draft a young QB in round 3. Dorsey and the GB culture know the importance of drafting QB's.

The Bills or Philly. And as much as I want Geno, my gut says Barkley is our man and has been since the beginning.

sorry but I'm not buying. I'm positive this is pre-draft BS to scare teams into making a trade.
