so your conspiracy theory is if the QB is black and really skinny or really short his stock falls

if the QB is white and really short or skinny, he doesnt fall as much.

lol

LOOK AT THE HISTORY

Shit man, people were saying AARON MURRAY could go #1 this year.

He's barely 6 feet tall.

So you're saying that black QBs who aren't tall nor big nor fast nor possessing good arm strength don't go in the first round? Tell me more...

mcaj22 04-25-2013 10:34 PM

can you explain to me the difference between Rodgers going at 20-whatever and Drew Brees at 32 versus Russel Wilson at 75

if Geno is going between 33-75, what is the problem? it's the same range

The problem is you being an "armchair expert" banging a drum thinking he should have went between 1-10. Completely unrealistic.

Geno's a good player, he's going in a range where plenty of great current players in the NFL have come from. Look at that pick selection of prior drafts. the range of 33-75 is where Scooter pretty much missed and whiffed on every good players of the last 4 years, essentially setting us back 5 years in the process.

No dipshit...do you understand nuance?

If Geno had run a 4.4 he ABSOLUTELY goes in the first round (because god damn look at that freak run!!!)...ignore the fact that he had almost identical measurables to Aaron Rodgers though!!!!

The Raiders are the most QB needy team in the league...and they took some asshole who's name I've already forgotten.

They will rue the day.

you do realize there is still like ALL THE QB prospects left in this draft but one, so that means in day 2 and day 3 there will be a massive run on QBs by the "QB needy teams"

they get to bring these guys into training camp as A) insurance policies with very cheap contracts to be a 2nd or 3rd string QB to groom and if they do pan out, B) competition and if they are as raw as scouts project, they can groom them behind all the stop gap crappy veteran QBs acquired this offseason.

its a win-win for every QB needy team about to make a run on a QB day 2.

Yup. Who gives a shit where they are drafted. The fact is, they are still out there to be had. They are talented Qb's. They just might not be Day 1 starters.

Tons of players have Aaron Rodgers' measurables.

Hammock Parties 04-25-2013 10:43 PM

EJ Manuel is going to be one of the shittiest 1st round QBs ever...I personally guarantee it...yet a bunch of old white guys thought he was better than Geno because he's bigger and stronger...

Forget actually knowing how to play QB and win...

DRAFT THIS GUY! HE'S ****ING HUGE!
