What's the real story without all the drama queen input and Alex Smith drivel?

All we know at this point, is that he has a "strain" and is getting an MRI.

Nothing more, nothing less.

So far, they're saying it's nothing serious. All we can do is pray to the football gods to have mercy upon all Chiefs fan's souls :grovel:

Don't know about most people, but I usually don't get MRIs when something is not serious. Then again, these guys are football players with facilities that presumably can do these things so why not be sure about your investment if you can be...

well, yes and no. If nothing shows on the Xrays, they usually like to take full precautions to make sure that its nothing serious...

An MRI is not instant death....

It's somewhere between "died on the field" and "tweaked his foot". Not sure exactly where yet in that continuum.

What he meant was, an MRI is not instant death. It's a slow, painful death of flaming antifreeze aids fire.

It's funny because NFLTA just reported that those reports aren't true and that it's not serious.

I'm going to trust local media on this one over the guy in Bristol who's just texting people.

The local guys don't seem concerned.
