And stop acting like everyone here hasn't missed on how a player will turn out. I've already said I was wrong. 99% of this board was wrong about Berry. Including you.

99.99% of the world would be wrong about Berry. Do you even understand cancer? Actually, I hope you don't because once you're faced with it, there are no words to describe the impact.

And BTW, your first sentence makes zero sense.

(This is pure speculation, just as your statement that Tyson Jackson was going to be "awesome" was)

Also, quoting "awesome" without a link is disingenuous

I will find the quote. You said it. I was completely down about the Tyson Jackson pick went off on draft day. You posted that watched the SEC all the time and said he was going to be "Awesome".

Once I find it, will that make my post less "disingenuous"?

Tyson Jackson will probably be a ten year starter for us, and your lover Sanchez is gonna be a back up for the Raiders in 5 years.

My GF has been an oncology nurse for 5 years. I have first hand experience and had to console her over the effects of cancer on more of her patients than I can count. She also made me aware that Hodgkins lymphoma has one of the highest curability rates of any cancer in existence.
I'll take her opinion over yours 10 times out of 10.
And have fun digging up that quote. Knowing that's how you are spending your time will be funny even if you find it.LMAO
But no, it will not make it "less" disingenuous. It will make it NOT disingenuous. LMFAO

I don't think people were saying "Berry is done." They were just saying, "He's got a tough path ahead of him"

BFS. Most of the board gave him no ****ing chance at being at training camp. Are you really going to dispute that fact?

That's weird. Did you edit this post?

If not I apologize. But I never insinuated that anyone said he was "done". I was insisting they were wrong about when he would be back.

I didn't think Berry would be back for this season but I didn't think he had 0 chance. If anyone could come back from this, it's a professional athlete in tip top shape.

I don't think that necessarily means "done". Honestly, I didn't think he'd ever be back at all.

Of course they said he most likely wouldn't be at training camp. He had ****ing cancer.

Maybe I don't understand the point you're trying to make, but I'm not so sure saying, "Everybody was wrong about Berry" is really a productive statement. They were predicting he wouldn't be at training camp not because they thought he was a pussy, more because the dude had ****ing cancer and chemotherapy doesn't give a shit what kind of shape you're in. It's going to severely weaken an individual.

It was just an example of how we all speculate. Wasn't trying to call anyone out on being right or wrong. Just that my speculation that POE will be back, and soon, is no different than speculation that he won't. My first statements were not about Berry. They were about the subject of the thread.
And where is this "pussy" stuff coming from? A lot is being pulled out of statements that I never even came close to making.

This forces Sutton to get used to playing without him.

This.

He's prolly fine, it's the rest of the team forcing the old bag to learn other people can play too.

I'm also thinking Poe is going to be back sooner than people are saying. That's more because a herniated disk isn't cancer.

That, and athletes are freaks of nature these days. Alex Gordon may very well be back in the lineup before the playoffs start. Even 10 years ago, there wasn't a single player in MLB who would have been able to do that. Hell, it's possible that the Chiefs have TWO players who won't lose a step at all a year removed from achilles injuries, where 15 years or so ago their careers would have been DOA.
