Trying to find a silver lining...maybe his lack of effort was rubbing off on other players on D? It would be horrible if it was a PR sort of move, or because of his attitude.

@AdamSchefter: Marcus Peters to LA Rams trade is now officially agreed to, per source; cannot be processed until March 14. But Peters expected to be a Ram.

@TerezPaylor: Already hearing some rumblings about some current Chiefs being upset about this potential Marcus Peters trade. Compensation will be interesting

So essentially, you would have traded a guy who was an All-Pro for a an unproven rookie. That's called getting hosed.
