Dude was worth only 1.21M in filings today, not the 16M believed . And 250K is in dubious "personal property" and 500k is in royalties and residuals. So he had what? Half a mil in actual cash and equity and investments?

havent read that article but after Disney screwed him on the 1st one, he’s made $600 million total off the Pirate movies, DVD, merchandise, licsensing etc. how does someone blow $600 million?

The guy who found him - Eric Ripert - is a Michelin 3 Star chef and one of the most famous people in the culinary world. But classy post and insight. That added much to this discussion.
